**Pets with fleas and ticks will be turned away at check in and all deposits will be forfeited. If your animal has fleas or ticks, please treat them at least one week prior to the surgery date and let the veterinary staff know they were treated and when. These pets are at greater risk during surgery and it can not be performed.

Proof of current vaccinations must be provided when checking in for or prior to the day of surgery. If current proof is not provided, the owner will have to pay for the vaccines the day of surgery.Additional services provided/related costs an owner may be responsible for:
